Tofu Chikuwa Lab 

The “Tofu Chikuwa Lab” opened in Kawahara-cho, Tottori in July this year. This is the only place in Japan where guests can experience making tofuchikuwa. 

Not only children but adults can enjoy the experience together. Tofu-chikuwa is made of 70% tofu and 30% fish paste.

The softness of tofu and the richness of the fish paste creates a product that is irreplaceable with other products. 

Make sure to experience making the tofu-chikuwa, a traditional cuisine of Tottori that has been enjoyed by the locals for over 150 years.
