NO CONSERVATION WITHOUT EDUCATION

French School of Luang Prabang

We regularly welcome Lao children at the Elephant Conservation Center, because it is difficult to undertake conservation work without education. After a day observing elephants, pupils partaking in our 'kids in conservation' programme play a 'questions and answers' game with our staff and we are always surprised to see how fast they learn!

This year, we also had the pleasure to welcome the French School of Luang Prabang. They spent 5 days at the center learning about the elephants and conservation in general. We hope to welcome them again next year.
