Fresh from New York’s Nomad restaurant, Lourdes joins Gowings Bar & Grill for the season and is inspiring the restaurant’s culinary team to create delicious plates through collaborations with some of Australia’s best provedores, in addition to the favourite dishes that have earned Gowings its excellent reputation.
