Martinhal Residences

Martinhal Residences is a new luxury hotel and serviced hotel apartments from the family hotel and residential resorts group. 

It looks to provide a ‘luxury city experience for short and long-term stays in Lisbon’. 

The Martinhal Residences also offers the all-day Terrace restaurant, café and bar. 

Martinhal Residences are located in the riverside Park of Nations neighbourhood, a ‘culturally dynamic’ area of restaurants, a thriving music scene and some of Portugal’s biggest tech companies. 

The neighbourhood was established during the World Expo in 1998 and is a walk to the Lisbon Oceanarium; the Knowledge Pavillion and the Cable Car. 

It surrounded by iconic architecture, parks and gardens, a marina and sports facilities such as an outdoor gym, street basketball, a pump track and numerous walking and biking trails. 

Park of Nations is Lisbon’s Urban Art district with artists such as Fernanda Fragateiro, Hundertwasser and Bordalo II adding to the culture of the area. 

Lisbon has a digital nomad community, fuelled by new government initiatives including the Digital Nomad Visa, which permits remote workers from non-EU countries to apply for a temporary-stay visa of up to one year or a residency permit that can be renewed for up to five years. 

To qualify, applicants must earn at least €2,800 per month.
