Holi, otherwise known as The Festival of Colour, is taking place on March 18th this year.

The festival is a celebration of the spring harvest in India and is a celebration of good conquering evil. It is a national holiday in India and is a very joyful time where people roam the streets of India throwing coloured paints over each other and eating delicious street food.

Celebrity chef, Anjum Anand, wants to transport you to the streets of India for Holi and has curated a few of her favourite Holi recipes, as well as delicious Indian recipes that are packed full of colour to reflect the kaleidoscope of colours that are seen during the Holi celebration.
