MCEC announces investment in Technology Transformation

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) will go to market to embark on a core systems uplift of its Finance and Events Management systems in the first quarter of 2020.

Director of Information Technology, Celeste Johnston said MCEC is on a journey that is embracing the digital age, enhancing customer and visitor experiences while improving employee satisfaction.

“Following a review of our core systems, MCEC has committed to embarking on a tender process to acquire ‘best of breed’ technical solutions,” Ms Johnston said.

“It’s an exciting time and everyone is looking forward to building and embracing our digital future.”
