Dong Hoi Culture – Tourism Week 2018

From 25 April to 1 May 2018, Dong Hoi Culture – Tourism Week 2018 will take place in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province. This event aims to promote and introduce tourism potentials as well as typical traditional cultural characteristics of Dong Hoi City and Quang Binh Province to domestic and foreign visitors.

One of the outstanding activities of this year’s Dong Hoi Culture - Tourism Week is Dong Hoi Carnival in the evening of 24 April in main streets of Dong Hoi City. Through the impressive collections such as “Caves”, “Sea”, “Dong Hoi - Past and Present", etc, the carnival will contribute introducing the unique cultural features of Dong Hoi City to visitors.

In the framework of Dong Hoi Tourism - Culture Week 2018, there will be also many attractive culture and sports activities, such as folk songs exchange program at Quang Binh Provincial Culture Centre (from 24 to 25 April), photo exhibition “Dong Hoi - Past and Present” at Nhat Le Park (from 26 to 30 April), marine environmental protection activities at beaches of Nhat Le, Bao Ninh, etc (on 26 April and 2 May), street music at Nhat Le Park (from 26 to 27 April), Quang Binh Cuisine Festival at Nhat Le 1 Beach (from 27 to 30 April), Bai choi singing festival at Nhat Le Park (from 29 April to 1 May), beach volleyball tournament at Nhat Le Beach (from 25 to 28 April), Quang Binh traditional boat race 2018 on Nhat Le River (on 30 April), etc.
