The 2018 production of La Bohème, set in wintery 1960s Paris, will feature stunning special effects, including snow falling on Sydney Harbour.
Supported by the NSW Government via its tourism and major events agency, Destination NSW, Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour is renowned as one of the world’s greatest outdoor opera events.
NSW Minister for Tourism and Major Events Adam Marshall said, “The annual event has become revered as one of the world’s greatest outdoor operas, with more than 57,000 domestic and international overnight visitors travelling to Sydney to enjoy this spectacular production since its inception in 2012.”
