Vietnam to be a favoured destination in 2016

Vietnam is set to be a much sought after destination in 2016. The country has extensively marketed its assets and travellers are curious this year to explore the wealth that Vietnam has to offer.

Cruising the Mekong Delta, or excavating the unspoilt landscapes, meeting the friendliest locals or tasting the local Vietnamese delicacies is what the country is pitching to its target tourists who are most likely to emerge in large numbers from the Kiwi. In 2015 till September, 16,000 travellers already travelled from New Zealand. There are direct flights that are bringing tourist from NZ to the Ho Chi Minh City.

The beaches of Vietnam are unexplored unlike the more frequently ones of Thailand, which are charming and much visited. Vietnam is reasonable and people from New Zealand will find it a good holiday option worth the money they spend.

The city is organising festivals; venues are being readied to welcome tourists in 2016. Da Nang, a small city halfway between Hanoi and Hoh Chi Minh City,Da Lat City and many other destinations make Vietnam an attractive destination for curious travellers. The destination has rich cultural and historical interest as well that will compound tourism to Vietnam in 2016.
