The Hotel Windsor's Royal Suite has been voted Australia's Leading Hotel Suite at the 2015 World Travel Awards™; a recognition of the hotel's commitment to excellence, as voted by travel and tourism professionals from across the globe.

The award-winning Royal Suite is a true reflection of Victorian grandeur and elegance, with the spacious 120m2 apartment featuring a dining room, drawing room, guest powder room, master bedroom and a marble bathroom with a deep claw-foot bath. Overlooking Spring Street and the Treasury Gardens, it offers 5 star luxury in the heart of the CBD.

The World Travel Awards™ are presented across three tiers: country, regional and world. As the Australia's Leading Hotel Suite the Royal Suite is now in contention for the regional awards, where if it wins it will compete for the world award. In the past the world round has been won by iconic international hotel including Raffles, Peninsula, the Ritz (London and Paris), Waldorf Astoria, and the Plaza (NYC).

Director of The Hotel Windsor, Adi Halim, is delighted to see the hotel celebrated and awarded by its peers at the World Travel Awards™.

The historic hotel has continued to impress having been voted as Australasia's Leading Hotel at The World Travel Awards™ in 2014.

The World Travel Awards™ is recognised internationally as the hallmark of quality, renowned as the most prestigious and comprehensive awards in the travel and tourism industry.

The 2015 Asia and Australasia Gala Ceremony will be held at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Honk Kong in October to celebrate the success of World Travel Award winners around the world.
