LocalGuiding,
has launched the world’s first travel app allowing users to discover and
book any tour directly from an iPhone.
LocalGuiding
is an online marketplace connecting travellers with local tour guides in over
600 destinations in 100 countries worldwide.
The LocalGuiding app provides a
detailed profile of each guide with user reviews and ratings, to create a
trusted community of global travellers and tour guides.
It
provides information on the usual attractions and also those that only a local
would know about.
These
can include city walks through little known Paris, river rafting in the Swiss Alps,
Mexican tasting and cooking tours, dining at a ‘real’ Chinese
restaurant in Beijing or history of Wall Street tours in Manhattan.
