ITB Berlin Convention and IPKs World Travel Monitor will Forecast Travel Trends

IPK International will be forecasting the Global and European tourism trends for the next year in the upcoming ITB Berlin Convention fair scheduled to start from March 06, 2013.

The highlights of the event will divulge interesting facts and figures about:

    1) The latest data with regard to global travel patterns

    2) for the top European countries and for Germany

    3) as well as a forecast for the travel year 2013

will be presented by Rolf Freitag, CEO and founder of IPK International exclusively at ITB Berlin Convention (Future Day). The data and trends are taken from IPK's sole and largest tourism database worldwide - the World Travel Monitor.

Based on more than 500,000 representative interviews annually in 60 markets, the World Travel Monitor provides insight into international travel volumes, travel spending, travel products / segments, destination performance, information sources, booking sites and products as well as target group profiles and other important touristic aspects.

    i) Presentations will be simultaneously translated into either German or English.

   ii) Written key points on each topic will be available at the conclusion of the event.
