Paddington Bear in London: Follow the Pawprints of Britain’s Favourite Bear

The Paddington Bear Experience
For generations of readers and film fans, Paddington Bear has been one of the most beloved characters associated with London. From his famous arrival at Paddington Station to his adventures with the Brown family, the marmalade-loving bear has become an enduring symbol of the capital.

Today, visitors can follow Paddington's story around London, discovering immersive attractions, colourful artwork and locations connected with the character and his adventures.

Begin the Adventure at Paddington Station

on train
A Paddington-themed London visit naturally begins at Paddington Station, where the famous bear first arrived from Peru carrying his battered suitcase and wearing his distinctive red hat.

The station remains one of the most recognisable places associated with Paddington. Visitors can find the Paddington Bear statue and take photographs beside the character before exploring the surrounding area.

It is an easy and entertaining stop for families and fans who want to connect the fictional story with the real London setting that inspired so much of Paddington's world.

See Paddington in London's West End

Paddington is Paddington: The Musical
One of the newest ways to experience Paddington is Paddington: The Musical, which brings the much-loved character to the London stage.

The production combines live performance, music and the familiar Paddington story in a West End theatrical experience. With the show having debuted in London in 2025 and plans for a Broadway production in New York, it has become another major attraction for Paddington fans visiting the capital.

Because popular theatre performances can sell quickly, visitors should consider booking tickets well in advance of their London holiday.

Discover Paddington's London Mural

Paddington mural on Sutton Walk
Fans can also find a colourful Paddington mural on Sutton Walk near London's South Bank.

Created by Peruvian artist Gisella Stapleton to celebrate the release of Paddington in Peru, the vibrant artwork provides an excellent photo opportunity and connects Paddington's London adventures with his South American origins.

South Bank itself is one of London's most enjoyable areas to explore, with attractions, restaurants, riverside walks and spectacular views across the River Thames.

Enter The Paddington Bear Experience

The Paddington Bear Experience
For an immersive Paddington adventure, head to The Paddington Bear Experience in London.

Visitors become part of an interactive story inspired by Paddington and the Brown family. The experience takes guests into familiar locations including the Brown family's home at 32 Windsor Gardens, with activities centred around helping Paddington prepare for Marmalade Day.

It is particularly suited to families and younger Paddington fans, but the detailed sets and nostalgia also make it appealing to adults who grew up with Michael Bond's books.

Make Paddington Part of Your London Holiday

The Paddington Bear Experience
Paddington attractions can easily be combined with a wider London sightseeing itinerary. After exploring Paddington Station, visitors can travel to South Bank for the mural and immersive experience before continuing along the Thames towards attractions such as the London Eye, Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe.

For fans of the original books, the films or the West End musical, a Paddington-themed London visit provides a charming way to see the capital through the eyes of one of Britain's best-loved fictional characters.

Whether arriving in London for the first time or returning for another visit, following Paddington's pawprints offers a fun and memorable way to discover a different side of the city.

Luxury Train Hub Opens a New Gateway for Travel Agents Selling the World’s Finest Rail Journeys

World-famous TranzAlpine route in New Zealand
Luxury rail travel had entered a new era with the launch of Luxury Train Hub, a global trade-only platform designed to help travel agents understand, position and sell some of the world's most spectacular luxury train journeys.

Created by technology specialist Paul Gridley, Luxury Train Hub had brought together luxury rail experiences from multiple operators in one specialist platform. The new B2B hub had been developed specifically for IATA-verified and other rigorously vetted travel agencies seeking an easier way to respond to growing client demand for immersive, high-end rail holidays.

A New Tool for the Travel Trade

Luxury Train Hub had focused exclusively on the needs of travel professionals. Approved agencies had been able to access clear product information and trade-ready resources designed to simplify enquiries, quotations and bookings for luxury rail journeys worldwide.

The platform's goal had been straightforward: to make selling luxury trains as accessible for travel agents as selling flights, cruises and hotels, without requiring agents to become rail specialists overnight.

Each featured journey had been presented with practical sales information, including route highlights, key selling points and typical client profiles. The platform had also provided market insights, training resources and sales narratives that agents could use when clients were looking for something different and memorable.

Connecting Agents With Luxury Rail Worldwide

Venice Simplon-Orient-Express luxury train
The launch had arrived as luxury rail travel had been enjoying renewed global attention. New trains, restored classics and expanded itineraries had continued to strengthen the appeal of slow, immersive journeys that combined exceptional accommodation, fine dining, spectacular scenery and destination experiences.

Luxury Train Hub had been designed as an independent platform rather than representing a single operator or collection. This approach had allowed agents to explore multiple luxury rail brands through one specialist trade resource and identify journeys that best matched individual client requirements.

The platform had welcomed travel agencies operating under strict financial and commercial standards, including consortia, franchised networks, corporate travel management companies and agency groups with enhanced compliance requirements.

Making Luxury Rail Easier to Sell

Luxury Train Hub founder Paul Gridley had said the platform had been created to bridge the gap between the inspiration offered by luxury rail and the practical needs of busy travel agents.

The hub's trade-only model had also been intended to give frontline travel professionals greater confidence when discussing luxury rail with clients and turning enquiries into commissionable bookings.

Supporting the launch, Simon Pielow of The Luxury Train Consultancy had highlighted the importance of matching the right luxury train journey to the right traveller, whether the booking had been made through a small independent agency or a major travel organisation.

Early Access for Verified Travel Agencies

Eastern & Oriental Express train by Belmond,
During its launch phase, Luxury Train Hub had planned a five-week email campaign inviting segmented groups of IATA-verified and other vetted agencies from its licensed database to join the platform.

Early adopters had been given the opportunity to explore the hub, provide feedback and help shape future functionality before its wider rollout to the travel trade.

For luxury travel advisors seeking new premium products, the platform had represented an opportunity to add luxury rail to their portfolios while accessing specialist knowledge and resources in one dedicated location.

The Hidden Cost of All-Inclusive Holidays: How Cocktails Could Add 2kg to a Two-Week Break

Source: Bartender Spirits Awards
All-inclusive holidays are designed to make relaxing in the sun effortless. Flights, accommodation, meals, snacks and drinks can all be included in one package, allowing holidaymakers to leave their wallets behind and concentrate on enjoying their escape.

But there could be a hidden cost to that seemingly carefree holiday lifestyle.

New analysis from ZAVA has examined the calories and sugar contained in popular cocktails and suggests that holidaymakers who consume six cocktails a day during a two-week all-inclusive break could consume almost 17,000 calories from cocktails alone, with an estimated potential weight gain of 2.2kg.

For British holidaymakers heading overseas this summer, the findings provide an interesting reminder that unlimited drinks can quickly add up.

The All-Inclusive Holiday Drinking Trap

Summer holidays and cocktails have long been associated with each other, particularly when travellers stay at all-inclusive resorts where drinks are readily available throughout the day.

According to figures supplied with the ZAVA analysis, 65% of Brits say they drink more while on holiday. More than one in three, or 35%, opt for all-inclusive holidays, while around 80% of all-inclusive packages reportedly include cocktails.

The combination can make it remarkably easy to consume more alcohol than intended.

The issue has become sufficiently significant in some popular European destinations that Spain has introduced restrictions affecting alcohol service at certain all-inclusive resorts in areas of Mallorca and Ibiza, including limits on alcoholic drinks served to individual guests.

The Cocktail Calories That Can Add Up Quickly

ZAVA analysed a selection of popular cocktails to identify those containing the most calories and sugar.

The results show considerable differences between drinks.

At the top of the list is the Piña Colada, containing an estimated 320 calories and 58g of sugar per serving.

A Margarita follows with 248 calories, while an Espresso Martini contains approximately 225 calories. Pornstar Martini, Strawberry Daiquiri and Mojito also feature among the higher-calorie choices.

For holidaymakers enjoying several cocktails each day, these numbers can quickly become significant.

RankCocktailSugarPercentage of daily sugar allowanceCalories
1Piña Colada58g193%320
2Margarita13g43%248
3Espresso Martini20g67%225
4Pornstar Martini16g53%224
5Strawberry Daiquiri17g57%219
6Mojito25g83%217
7Long Island Iced Tea27g90%207
8Woo Woo13g43%195
9Sex on the Beach23g77%188
10Tequila Sunrise11g37%172
11Hugo Spritz10g33%171
12Sangria16g53%150
13Aperol Spritz19g63%125

The figures are estimates and can vary considerably depending on serving size, ingredients and how a particular bar prepares each cocktail.

Why the Piña Colada Tops the List

The Piña Colada may look like the ultimate tropical holiday drink, but its creamy and sweet combination can make it one of the most calorie-dense choices.

According to the ZAVA analysis, one serving contains 320 calories and 58g of sugar.

Using the UK's recommended maximum daily free sugar intake of 30g for adults, the analysis calculates that a single Piña Colada could contain the equivalent of 193% of that amount.

It is an important distinction, however, that not all sugars naturally present in ingredients such as fruit are classified as free sugars. Cocktail recipes can also vary considerably, meaning nutritional values should be treated as estimates rather than precise measurements for every bar or resort.

The Lighter Cocktail Choices

Holidaymakers who want to enjoy a cocktail without consuming as many calories may find that some drinks are considerably lighter than others.

The analysis places the Aperol Spritz at 125 calories per serving, making it the lowest-calorie cocktail in the selection.

Sangria follows at 150 calories, while Hugo Spritz contains approximately 171 calories.

The ingredients and preparation methods still matter. A generously poured drink, additional syrup or sweetened mixers can increase the calorie and sugar content considerably.

For travellers watching their intake, checking the ingredients, choosing smaller servings and alternating alcoholic drinks with water can all help reduce overall consumption.

Six Cocktails a Day Could Mean Almost 17,000 Calories

The headline figure from the analysis is perhaps the most eye-catching.

Based on an average cocktail containing approximately 202 calories, consuming six cocktails every day for 14 days would amount to around 16,974 calories from cocktails alone.

ZAVA estimates this could equate to approximately 2.2kg of weight gain.

That calculation does not include breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks or other drinks consumed during the holiday.

It also does not mean that every person consuming this number of calories would necessarily gain exactly 2.2kg. Individual energy requirements, metabolism, activity levels and other factors influence changes in body weight.

Nevertheless, the calculation illustrates how quickly drinks can contribute a substantial amount of energy to a holiday diet.

What the Experts Say About Alcohol and Empty Calories

Dr Kathryn Basford of ZAVA highlights the often-overlooked calorie contribution of alcoholic drinks.

“Drinking alcohol means adding ‘empty calories’ (calories that don’t come with nutritional benefits) to your total calorie intake,” she explains.

She also notes that alcohol can affect blood glucose regulation and that drinking heavily, particularly on an empty stomach, can contribute to symptoms such as dizziness, tiredness and feeling unwell.

For holidaymakers, this is a useful reminder that alcohol can affect more than the scales.

A day spent in hot weather, combined with alcohol and insufficient water, can also leave travellers feeling dehydrated and unwell.

Non-Alcoholic Drinks Are Not Always Low-Calorie

Choosing not to drink alcohol does not automatically mean choosing a low-calorie beverage.

ZAVA's analysis also examined several popular non-alcoholic drinks and found significant differences in their sugar and calorie content.

RankDrinkSugarCalories
1Energy Drink78g335
2Orange Juice51g229
3Grape Juice42g175
4Lemon Water21.3g96
5Guinness 0.03g71

Energy drinks topped the analysis at 335 calories and 78g of sugar per serving.

Orange juice was listed at 229 calories and 51g of sugar, while grape juice contained 175 calories and 42g of sugar.

Even drinks marketed or perceived as lighter choices can contain more sugar than expected, depending on the ingredients and serving size.

How to Enjoy an All-Inclusive Holiday More Mindfully

The purpose of an all-inclusive holiday is to relax and enjoy yourself, rather than spend the entire trip counting calories.

However, a few simple habits can help travellers balance indulgence with moderation.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day, particularly when spending time in hot weather. Consider alternating alcoholic drinks with water or a lower-calorie non-alcoholic option.

Choose cocktails that contain fewer sugary mixers and syrups when possible, and remember that serving sizes can vary dramatically between resorts and bars.

Eating regular meals can also help prevent drinking on an empty stomach.

Most importantly, remember that an all-inclusive holiday does not have to mean consuming everything simply because it is included in the price.

The Real Value of an All-Inclusive Holiday

All-inclusive resorts offer tremendous convenience. Guests can relax beside the pool, enjoy a buffet breakfast, sample local cuisine and order a drink without worrying about the price of every individual item.

But “all-inclusive” does not mean “risk-free indulgence”.

The ZAVA analysis highlights an often-overlooked aspect of holiday budgeting: the calories and sugar contained in drinks.

For travellers who enjoy cocktails, there is no need to remove them completely from a holiday. Instead, being aware of what is in the glass can help make it easier to enjoy the occasional Piña Colada, Margarita or Spritz without turning every hour beside the pool into cocktail hour.

After all, the best holiday memories are unlikely to come from how many drinks were included in the package. They are more likely to come from the places visited, the people met, the food tasted and the experiences shared.

Set in the heart of London’s West End, Broadw
ick Soho brings a bold, bohemian and deeply personal expression of luxury to the collection. The 57-room hotel channels the glamour, eccentricity and creative energy of its neighbourhood through richly layered interiors, characterful dining and an evolving cultural programme spanning art, music, design and performance. It’s a vibrant hub for local creativity, connection and community.

Conceived by a group of friends and creatives, the property, located at 20 Broadwick Street, Soho is partly inspired by owner Noel Hayden’s childhood memories of his family’s flamboyant seaside hotel in Bournemouth. Internationally acclaimed interior architect Martin Brudnizki brought the vision to life in his first London hotel project, combining English eccentricity, Jazz Age opulence and disco-era glamour. A dynamic assortment of materials, colours, fabrics and textures have been used to create a whimsical and colourful menagerie, embodying 70s hedonism.

Each room and suite has been meticulously designed, featuring bespoke furniture by Brudnizki, antiques and vintage curios. The hotel’s 10 suites and Penthouse are swathed in marbled wallpaper depicting floating elephants, tigers and exotic flora and fauna, complemented by handmade furniture such as custom minibars masquerading as brass elephants, made in Jaipur.

The kaleidoscopic hotel is also home to more than 300 original artworks, bringing together internationally recognised names and emerging global artists. Highlights include works by Andy Warhol, Francis Bacon, Bridget Riley, Victor Pasmore, Faye Wei Wei and Casey Moore, alongside specially commissioned pieces created for the guestrooms and suites.

From Hong Kong Trams to Paddington Bear: The Hari Hotels Create Family Adventures in Two Iconic Cities

The Hari London
Family travel is becoming about more than simply finding a comfortable hotel. For many parents, the most rewarding holidays are those that encourage children to discover a destination, experience its culture and create memories that can be shared long after the journey home.

The Hari Hong Kong and The Hari London are embracing this approach with family experiences designed around the neighbourhoods, stories and cultural icons surrounding each hotel.

Separated by more than 9,000 kilometres, Hong Kong and London could hardly be more different. Yet both cities offer families an extraordinary opportunity to explore local culture through the eyes of younger travellers.

At The Hari Hong Kong, children can discover the city through iconic trams, the Star Ferry and creative activities. At The Hari London, storytelling, Paddington Bear and educational entertainment provide a playful introduction to the British capital.

The result is a family travel experience where the hotel becomes part of the destination rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

Discovering Hong Kong Through a Child's Eyes

Located in Wan Chai, one of Hong Kong's oldest and most diverse neighbourhoods, The Hari Hong Kong has developed its Better Together Family Package to encourage families to spend quality time together while discovering the character of the city.

The package includes a Corner Room with a king bed connected to a Twin Room, providing families with adjoining accommodation and additional space during their stay.

Breakfast is included daily for two adults and two children under 12, while a selection of activities gives younger guests plenty to discover without having to leave the hotel.

One of the highlights is The Hari Puzzle Set, featuring illustrations of some of Hong Kong's most recognisable icons, including the city's famous tram, the Star Ferry and The Hari mascot.

The activity provides children with an introduction to the destination's distinctive landmarks while giving families something enjoyable to do together.

Another hands-on experience is the DIY Confetti Madeleines Set. Freshly baked madeleines are accompanied by colourful toppings, allowing children to decorate their own treats and turn an ordinary moment in the hotel into a memorable holiday activity.

Wan Chai: A Family Gateway to Hong Kong

The Hari Hong Kong
The location of The Hari Hong Kong adds another dimension to the family experience.

Wan Chai is a lively district where modern Hong Kong meets traditional streetscapes, markets, heritage buildings, local businesses and long-established cultural attractions.

Families staying at the hotel can explore the surrounding neighbourhood and discover a side of Hong Kong that extends beyond the city's famous skyscrapers.

Victoria Harbour and the city's historic tram network are within easy reach, making it possible to combine major sightseeing experiences with smaller discoveries along the way.

For children, riding a Hong Kong tram or crossing the harbour by ferry can become an adventure in its own right. These everyday forms of transport also provide an engaging introduction to the city's history and distinctive character.

Paddington Bear Welcomes Families to London

More than 9,000 kilometres away, The Hari London has developed its Family First offering around a different form of discovery: storytelling.

Located in Belgravia, The Hari London provides families with access to educational Tonieboxes in selected suites. The screen-free entertainment system offers stories, music and educational content designed for children of different ages.

Younger travellers can enjoy Paddington Bear adventures, while older children can explore National Geographic content covering subjects and stories designed to stimulate curiosity.

The approach offers families an alternative to conventional screen entertainment and can be particularly useful at the end of a busy day exploring London.

Storytelling can also provide a sense of familiarity for children travelling away from home, helping them settle into a bedtime routine while remaining connected to characters and stories they enjoy.

A Family-Friendly Stay in Belgravia

Family Stay
The Hari London's location in Belgravia places families close to many of London's famous attractions, museums, parks and royal landmarks.

The neighbourhood itself provides an opportunity to experience a more elegant and residential side of central London, while the capital's major attractions are within easy reach.

The hotel's suites are designed to provide families with comfortable living space and views across the city, creating a welcoming base between sightseeing adventures.

Children also receive welcome amenities tailored to their age and interests, adding a personal touch to the arrival experience.

For families travelling with children, dining can be an important part of choosing a hotel. At The Hari London's Italian restaurant, il Pampero, younger guests can choose from familiar favourites including pizza margherita, penne al pomodoro and spaghetti alla bolognese.

This combination of family accommodation, child-friendly dining and a central London location makes it easier for parents to enjoy the city while keeping younger travellers comfortable.

Travel Experiences Designed Around Local Culture

Although the family offerings at The Hari Hong Kong and The Hari London are different, they share a common philosophy.

Rather than providing generic children's activities, both hotels have incorporated elements of their destinations into the experience.

In Hong Kong, the tram and Star Ferry become part of a playful introduction to the city. In London, Paddington Bear and British storytelling provide children with familiar characters through which they can begin exploring a new destination.

This sense of place is particularly valuable for family travel because children can experience destinations differently from adults.

A famous landmark may be something parents want to photograph, while a tram ride, a puzzle or a favourite story can become the experience a child remembers most.

Creating Memories Beyond the Hotel

Jardine Noonday Gun, Hong Kong
The family philosophy at The Hari reflects the belief that travel is most memorable when it encourages curiosity and creates opportunities for families to spend meaningful time together.

Dr Aron Harilela, Chairman and CEO of Harilela Hotels Ltd, said the family experiences at the two hotels were created around the idea of helping families discover the neighbourhoods surrounding each property.

Hong Kong and London may be vastly different destinations, but both provide opportunities for children and adults to become more connected with the places they visit.

For families, that might mean exploring Wan Chai, riding a historic tram, discovering the Star Ferry or wandering through London's streets in search of familiar landmarks.

The hotel becomes the starting point for these experiences rather than the destination itself.

The Family Story Behind The Hari

The emphasis on family is also closely connected with the origins of The Hari brand.

The Hari Hong Kong and The Hari London are the vision of Dr Aron Harilela, Chairman and CEO of Harilela Hotels Ltd. The Hari brand was named after his late father, Hari Harilela, reflecting the importance of family within the group's history.

The Harilela Group was established in 1959 and remains wholly owned by the Harilela family. Harilela Hotels owns 15 properties across Hong Kong, China, Asia, Europe and the United States.

The family's history in hospitality has helped shape The Hari's approach to welcoming guests, with family travel becoming a natural extension of that philosophy.

Two Cities, Two Stories, One Family Experience

The Hari Hong Kong and The Hari London demonstrate how hotels can help families experience destinations in ways that go beyond conventional sightseeing.

In Hong Kong, children can discover the city's distinctive character through trams, the Star Ferry and hands-on activities inspired by local icons.

In London, storytelling and Paddington Bear provide a playful introduction to British culture, while Tonieboxes give children screen-free entertainment during their stay.

For parents, the experiences offer practical family-friendly accommodation, dining and activities. For children, they provide opportunities to explore, learn and become curious about the world around them.

Ultimately, the most valuable souvenir from a family holiday is often not something purchased in a shop but a shared memory. From a tram ride through Hong Kong to listening to Paddington Bear in a London suite, The Hari Hotels are creating experiences designed to ensure that children become part of the travel story.

Featuring private Business Class suites, a brand-new Premium Economy cabin, next-generation inflight entertainment and beautifully redesigned interiors, the aircraft represents another major milestone in Air India's transformation into a world-class global airline.

The deployment of the airline's newest Dreamliner reflects Air India's commitment to providing a premium long-haul travel experience while strengthening one of the busiest air corridors linking India and the United Kingdom.

A Flagship Aircraft for One of Air India's Premier Routes

Air India has commenced operating its latest Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on flights AI131 and AI130 between Mumbai and London Heathrow.

These aircraft are the first Boeing 787s purpose-built exclusively for Air India, with every cabin designed and installed directly on Boeing's production line to meet the airline's new international standards of comfort, technology and passenger experience.

The introduction of the Boeing 787-9 provides travellers with a completely refreshed onboard environment that combines contemporary design with elegant Indian-inspired styling.

Meanwhile, Air India's second daily Mumbai to London Heathrow service continues to operate using the airline's upgraded Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, ensuring passengers on both services benefit from enhanced onboard comfort.

Introducing Premium Economy to the Mumbai-London Route

One of the most exciting additions is the arrival of Premium Economy, giving travellers an attractive new option between Business Class and Economy.

The dedicated Premium Economy cabin features 28 spacious seats arranged in a comfortable 2-3-2 configuration with generous legroom, increased recline and adjustable headrests.

Passengers also enjoy adjustable leg and calf rests together with large personal entertainment screens that significantly enhance comfort during the long-haul journey between India and the United Kingdom.

The addition of Premium Economy offers greater flexibility for both business and leisure travellers seeking extra comfort at an attractive price point.

Business Class Designed for Complete Relaxation

Air India's new Business Class suites have been created to rival the finest international airlines.

The aircraft features 30 private suites, each offering direct aisle access and a fully flat bed extending to approximately 79 inches.

Passengers can enjoy wireless charging, generous personal storage spaces and large high-definition entertainment screens designed to create a peaceful and productive inflight environment.

Whether travelling for business or leisure, the private suites provide exceptional privacy and comfort on overnight services between Mumbai and London.

Enhanced Comfort Throughout Every Cabin

Every passenger benefits from Air India's newest onboard innovations regardless of which cabin they choose.

Economy Class seats have been ergonomically designed for long-distance comfort and include high-definition personal entertainment screens together with thoughtfully integrated holders for mobile devices and tablets.

Across all three cabins, travellers enjoy advanced inflight entertainment powered by the latest Thales AVANT Up system.

The intuitive platform offers more than 3,000 hours of movies, television programmes, music and other entertainment on brilliant 4K QLED HDR touchscreens.

Bluetooth connectivity allows passengers to pair their own wireless headphones, while USB-A, USB-C charging ports and universal power outlets ensure personal devices remain fully charged throughout the flight.

A Journey Inspired by Indian Hospitality

Air India's transformation extends well beyond new seating.

The redesigned Boeing 787-9 introduces mood lighting inspired by ancient Indian wellness traditions, helping create a relaxing atmosphere throughout every stage of the journey.

Passengers are also treated to refreshed onboard dining featuring carefully curated Indian and international cuisine served using premium chinaware, elegant glassware and stylish table settings.

Business Class guests receive luxurious bedding and redesigned amenity kits, while thoughtful details throughout the aircraft reinforce Air India's renewed focus on premium hospitality.

The combination of contemporary design and traditional Indian warmth creates a distinctive travel experience that sets the airline apart.

Strengthening Travel Between India and the United Kingdom

The United Kingdom remains one of Air India's most important international markets, serving business travellers, holidaymakers, students and the large Indian community living throughout Britain.

Air India currently operates 57 non-stop flights every week between India and the United Kingdom, connecting Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Amritsar with London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Birmingham.

These services also provide convenient onward connections through Air India's major hubs to destinations across the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia and Australia.

The introduction of the newest Boeing 787-9 further strengthens these important links while giving passengers even greater choice and flexibility.

Air India's Transformation Continues to Gather Momentum

The deployment of the new Dreamliner forms part of Air India's ambitious modernisation programme, one of the largest airline transformation projects currently underway anywhere in the world.

Alongside significant investments in new aircraft, upgraded airport lounges, enhanced digital technology and improved customer service, the airline continues introducing innovative products that elevate the international travel experience.

For travellers flying between India and the United Kingdom, the arrival of Air India's latest Boeing 787-9 represents more than simply a new aircraft.
