The slate demonstrates the
festival’s interest in highlighting independent artists, from student to
professional level. “We believe 2013
will deliver on the promise of high quality films and a great overall visitor
experience,” said Phil Calderone, Festival Chairman.
The 2013 ICF will present 21
feature films, 20 documentaries (long and short), 24 featurettes (projects
between 15 and 59 minutes in length) and 28 short films—a total of 96 projects.
The festival films will be
screened in three venues, while the main venue will remain the The Rustic
Theatre, located at 54290 North Circle Drive, Idyllwild, CA. The other venues for screenings are: The
Caine Learning Center (54385 Pine Crest Ave) and Astrocamp Theatre (26800 Saunders Meadow Road).
In addition to the film
screenings, the five-day event includes a Thursday Night Networking party, five
seminars, a Directors Breakfast, a Producers/Actors Breakfast (award
nominations will be announced here, Saturday January 12, 9AM) and an Award
Ceremony, all open to filmmakers and the public with any festival pass (Day or

The festival expands its

Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Italy, Egypt, Guyana, the Netherlands, Russia and
