SIN
Ready to welcome guests to the 27th floor with soaring views of the Bangkok skyline, SIN is the ultimate destination for those who want to “sin and be seen”

Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel announces the opening of SIN, Bangkok’s newest and most exclusive rooftop bar. Set to officially welcome guests on 15 November, SIN takes guests up to the 27th floor of Avani’s flagship hotel. With expansive views of the city skyline and the Chao Phraya River, SIN provides an intimate atmosphere, accommodating just 80 guests seated or 180 standing.

Visitors to SIN can expect an extraordinary evening featuring innovative mixology, contemporary bites, and an exciting lineup of DJs, all within the glitzy rooftop space. A private glass elevator whisks guests directly to the top floor, enhancing the sense of exclusivity from the moment of arrival. Whether seated at the expansive bar or enjoying the ambiance from the spacious terrace, SIN offers the perfect setting for a memorable night out in Bangkok.

The cocktail menu at SIN has been expertly crafted by Brian Gonzalez Fernandez, the award-winning Head Mixologist who honed his skills at renowned establishments like The Ned in London and Grupo Dani García across Spain. Every cocktail on the 10-drink signature menu is a SIN original, inspired by themes of sin and desire. The menu explores the delicate balance between temptation and surrender, inviting guests to embrace their cravings.

SIN
Sippable works of art, blend locally sourced produce with Asian-inspired ingredients and artistic garnishing, resulting in an eclectic and exotic selection. Signatures include Forbidden Nectar, featuring Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon with miso and caramel. This cocktail embodies the allure of indulgence, with the bourbon's warmth complemented by the umami richness of miso, while the caramel yoghurt and carrot provide a sweet, earthy balance. Kiss of Euphoria captures fleeting moments of ecstasy and desire by combining Tequila Curado Cupreata, with the zesty kiss of kiwi and the smooth Cointreau and Cocchi Americano. The sweet Midnight SIN is the third cocktail in the hero trilogy, indulgent and creamy, it embodies the deep, dark character of hidden sins that only reveal themselves after midnight, featuring Remy Martin 1738, with Jameson Black Barrel, cacao nibs and coconut cold brew.

Five of the 10 signature cocktails at SIN can also be served as non-alcoholic versions or Sober Sips. These are crafted using high-quality products and sober spirits, including gin, whiskey, rum, bitters, and amaretto, as well as alcohol-free sparkling wines like French Bloom Le Blanc. The menu also offers a selection of bartender favourites, including the Paloma, Naked & Famous, Paper Plane and Gimlet. Guests can also enjoy a range of spirits, from the most iconic to the more unusual, such as Grappa, Pisco, Pastis, Absinthe, Taiwanese Single Malt and Japanese Whiskey.

Accompanying the cocktail offerings is a curated menu of light, contemporary bites designed to pair perfectly with the drinks. Highlights include Gillardeau oysters, served with mignonette or topped with Hokkaido uni and wasabi mayonnaise, gourmet sashimi, wagyu beef tartare made from Miyazaki A5 grade beef, and the ever-popular katsu sando.

Hypnotic background beats are spun by a roster of regional and international DJs, including British DJ of Thai descent, Tek Harrington widely regarded as the “King of Disco”, Bangkok-based DJ Ashima who loves any track with a big vocal, and techno DJ, Sunday Sundae.

SIN is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Reservations are essential, and a minimum spend of THB 5,000 (approx. USD 148) per table applies.
