Assiat Ingabare - first female accredited guide

Assiat Ingabare, a female ranger at Wilderness Magashi Camp, has become the first Field Guides Association of South Africa accredited female guide in Rwanda. 

Assiat worked as a freelance community guide in the Akagera National Park before joining Wilderness as a trainee guide. 

She now provides guest experiences as an expert on the wildlife that lives within Akagera National Park.

Wilderness Magashi is an eight-tented camp on the shores of Lake Rwanyakazinga.
