There has been no better time to enjoy New York City’s Broadway than now during the 2016–2017 season. From long-running musicals and classic revivals to shows featuring celebrity talent and movie-to-stage adaptations, the Great White Way offers more diverse entertainment than ever before.

In the 2016–2017 season, performances will vary from famous Broadway revivals, including Cats and Hello, Dolly! with Bette Midler, to film adaptations and leading roles held by recognized on-screen talent. For instance, audiences can expect performances from Cate Blanchett, Diane Lane, Glenn Close and others, as well as new musical adaptations of Anastasia and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Cats, one of Broadway’s longest-running musicals, has returned after a 16-year hiatus. Composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and adapted from T.S. A revival of the classic 1928 comedy, The Front Page, starring Nathan Lane, John Slattery and John Goodman, is set in the world of the Chicago newspaper business.
