Air China’s digital assets have been refined to meet the demand… from mobile-friendly website redesign to mobile app development to adding support for online check-in, self-rescheduling and online customer service.
In addition, Air China is now selling more IET (interlining e-ticketing) to meet customer needs, including IET from 25 airlines available for sale on its international website.
