Air China Digital Assets Keeping Pace with International Expansion

Since 2015, Air China has introduced 65 routes featuring overseas destinations, with operations covering all six continents.

To support this expansion, the airline has pursued several sales and marketing initiatives. Air China’s digital assets have been refined to meet the demand… from mobile-friendly website redesign to mobile app development to adding support for online check-in, self-rescheduling and online customer service. 

In addition, Air China is now selling more IET (interlining e-ticketing) to meet customer needs, including IET from 25 airlines available for sale on its international website.
