CAPELLA HOTELS AND RESORTS NAMED WORLD'S BEST HOTEL BRAND FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Capella Hotels and Resorts has been named “Best Hotel Brand” in Travel + Leisure's annual World's Best Awards for the third consecutive year. The recognition comes during a period of strategic growth for Capella Hotel Group — in April, the brand opened Capella Taipei, marking its entry into Taiwan while Capella at Galaxy Macau will follow by the end of the year. Looking ahead to 2026, the brand will debut Capella Kyoto, its first property in Japan, with Capella Florence — its first foray into Europe — the following year.

Beyond the overall brand distinction, several Capella properties earned individual accolades. Capella Sydney was named the No. 1 City Hotel in Australia and New Zealand, while Capella Bangkok, Capella Hanoi, and Capella Shanghai each secured top rankings in their respective regions. These accolades reflect the brand's commitment to honouring the unique character of each destination while upholding its service excellence.
