Flamenco Festival at Sadler’s Wells

Flamenco Festival returns to Saddler’s Wells between 5 and 15 July 2023 with Olivier Award-winning dancer and choreographer Sara Baras, performing across the first week. The second week’s acts in the Sadler’s Wells Theatre and Lilian Baylis Studio showcase modern works that explore flamenco and gender, contemporary pieces by leading female choreographers and traditional productions and guitar performances. Flamenco Festival is a not-for-profit dedicated to the promotion of Spanish culture with international events showcasing the leading flamenco performers and emerging young stars of flamenco, dance music and song.

Robin Hood: The Legend Rewritten 

Robin Hood : The Legend Rewritten Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre will stage Robin Hood: The Legend Rewritten between 17 June and 22 July 2023. It is a thrilling new take on the classic tale, set in a desperate, divided kingdom where only the truly cunning can outwit the sheriff’s terrifying wrath. Told with epic storytelling, stirring songs, and absolutely no green tights (well, maybe just a flash), in the ancient, wooded heart of Regent’s Park.’

Menier Chocolate Factory 

Menier Chocolate Factory programme for 2023 will comprise of three musicals, including two world premieres. The Third Man, based on Graham Greene’s story and set in post-war Vienna will be directed by Trevor Nunn, and Close Up – The Twiggy Musical is written and directed by Ben Elton. Continuing their long association with the work of Stephen Sondheim, the season will close with Pacific Overtures.
