TIER 1: Vanilla-lemonade and white chocolate, strawberry scones (UK)PAIRED COCKTAIL: Kaldi Fizz (light refreshing aperitif) inspired by the origin of coffee in Africa. It includes cascara – which is made from coffee cherry pulp – and also an original African aperitif using truly Cape ingredients such as fynbos, kalmoes and naartjies. Also represents the coffee journey from Africa to Italy and then later on to England
TIER 2: Traditional lamingtons (AUS), classic opera cake (FRA), crema catalana (ESP), chocolate & macadamia nut lollipops (USA), kiwi & fruit tartlet (NZ)
PAIRED COCKTAIL: Lost in Translation (full bodied, tropical fruit cocktail) inspired by classic Lamington flavours (ie. Coconut) – complimented with the bold coffee flavour of Colombian Single Origin – together with dry Spanish sherry.
