Air China Continues to Grow Offerings for North Americans

Air China
Air China, one of the country’s leading carriers, recently announced the launch of a direct flight between Montreal and Beijing starting September 29, 2015.

This will be the first direct link between Asia and Montreal, with the flight taking place three times a week on Air China’s Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

The new route will link China and Canada’s second largest city, offering more convenient connections and routes for travelers in Canada, the U.S. and China.

Travelers on these flights will be able to utilize code sharing with Air Canada.

Air China is growing its code-sharing cooperation with United Airlines as well, with the two airlines recently announcing code-sharing on an additional 22 flight routes between the U.S. and China.

Finally, Air China’s affiliate airline, Shenzen Airlines, has committed to the purchase of 46 new 737 Boeing aircraft. All of these developments equal more fluid travel and ease for visitors from the U.S. and Canada to China.
