The Bell Tower Announces the 4th Annual Photographic Comeptition

The Bell Tower’s 4th annual photographic competition will once again give Western Australian non-professional photographers the chance to express their view of the Tower for the chance to win some fantastic Canon prizes.

Arguably the most photographed landmark in Perth, the Tower has been photographed by visitors from all over the world, local enthusiasts, curious guests and campanologists. All people simply wanting to record their experience and view.

In 2014, we’re asking people to submit a portfolio of two photographs. One showing us the full extent of your vision of the outside of this iconic Perth building and then, take us inside and reveal what secrets you see. Outside in and inside out, we want you to take us beyond the boundaries of the obvious. We want to see what you see and we’ll even give you a FREE entry pass to the Tower.

This year there will be three categories; People’s Choice (18+), Judges selection (18+), and a youth category (12 – 17 years).

Thanks to Canon, both People’s Choice and judges Selection winners will receive a Canon Camera kit valued at approximately $1,149.00, and the youth category winner will receive a Canon Camera kit valued at approximately $550.00.

Once again this year there will al so be a sensational prize for the People’s Choice voters. Everyone who takes the time to vote online for their favourite image will go in the draw to win one of two, fabulous Western Australian ADAMS Pinnacle Tours with a total value of approximately $2,200.

Judges for this prestigious competition includes: The Rt Hon. Lord Mayor of Perth Lisa Scaffidi, Ross Wallman - Announcer 92.9 and Ambassador The Bell Tower, Gail Anthony – Editor Ed! Magazine, Graeme Carleton – Manager Field Sales WA / SA Canon, Stephen Scourfield - Travel Editor The West Australian Newspaper and Gerry Lyng – Manager The Bell Tower.
