Yarra Ranges Tourism is pleased to announce that Yarra Gables has been recognised in Tripadvisor's® Travelers' Choice® Awards as Best of the Best for 2024.
Yarra Gables was ranked No.1 BnB and Inn in Australia and the South Pacific for the second year running. Yarra Gables was also rated in the top 10 in the world for the second year running.
Analysing 12 months of review data (1 January-31 December 2023) from over 1.5 million hotels, the annual Awards celebrate travellers' favourite accommodations across ten distinct categories: The highest level of Tripadvisor's awards, the Best of the Best winners, are among Tripadvisor's top 1% of listings worldwide.
Situated in the heart of the Yarra Valley, on the outskirts of Healesville, Yarra Gables is a small, historic motel that has always proudly continued winning awards for many years.
Yarra Gables Motel, known initially as Marna House, has a rich history. During the 1900s, Marna House was built and purposed as the original farm homestead in Healesville by James Steel. Over the last 115 years, Marna House has seen many renovations but since 2014, has been an award-winning, luxury motel under the new name, Yarra Gables.
Their latest award is based on genuine feedback from anyone in the community who has visited and left an authentic, first-hand review on Tripadvisor over 12 months, making it a valuable and trustworthy designation of travellers' favourites.

In addition to this fantastic award, Yarra Gables, in 2024, has proudly launched a new house on an adjoining property. Yarra Gables Lodge has five motel rooms and a three three-bedroom house and can accommodate up to 34 people.
