The event held by Ha Noi Department of Tourism coordinated with the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District (Ha Noi), took place at the Centre for Art and Culture at 22 Hang Buom street (Hoan Kiem District), from 24th to 26th November 2023.
The Launching Ceremony of Ha Noi night tourism products is an event in a series of activities oriented to develop night tourism products in the city to promote the advantages of night services, develop diverse, unique and sustainable night tourism products in Ha Noi, that are diverse, unique, sustainable, with high quality and added value, contributing to the city's socio-economic development. Thereby creating opportunities for stakeholders in the night tourism product supply chain to strengthen connections, promote products, and build tours to promote the development of the Capital's night tourism products, contributing to increasing the experience for tourists.
At the Ceremony, 15 night tourism products of Ha Noi have been introduced to tourists, including existing products that have been invested in to renew their content and form, and some that have been newly built and introduced for the first time. Renewing existing products will increase the experience for tourists, enriching and diversifying Ha Noi's night tourism products.
Giving her opening remarks, Ms. Dang Huong Giang, Director of Ha Noi Department of Tourism said, night tourism has been established for many years and is considered a new opportunity in the process of socio-economic development. Night tourism products are vibrantly concentrated in some major urban areas and tourist centres of the country, including Ha Noi.
With the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the drastic direction of the Government and the City authority in actively implementing digital transformation in the tourism industry, promoting promotion and communication, which has created favourable conditions for developing night tourism.
During the 3 days of the event, at the Lighting Art Display Area on the campus of the Centre for Art and Culture at 22 Hang Buom Street, 13 Lighting Art Cubes are also introduced using installation art combined with light and shadow. Patterns of 13 tangible and intangible heritage properties represent the cultural and historical values of the Capital are the highlight of the event such as Long Bien Bridge, Quan Chuong Gate, One Pillar Pagoda, Pen Tower, Hang Trong Painting, and Chuong Village conical hats, Tu Tran (Thang Long’s Four Sacred Temples including Bach Ma Temple guarding the East of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel; Quan Thanh Temple securing the North; Voi Phuc Temple protecting the West, and Kim Lien Temple watching over the South), Khue Van Cac Pavilion, Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.

Also, at the Centre for Art and Culture, 22 Hang Buom street, there are many any other activities such as art workshops of Hang Trong painting, bamboo and rattan making, Truc Chi painting, folk performances of Ca Tru, Cheo, Chau Van, Xam, Tuong, ethnic musical instrument ensembles…
In the O Quan Chuong area, there is a 3D mapping art performance of images of night tourism products and cultural and historical heritage properties of Ha Noi, giving visitors a new experience, impressive by the combination of technology and space at Quan Chuong Gate at night.
