2. Print a Beverly Hills Walking Tour or pick one up at the Beverly Hills Visitor Center and then explore the city on foot! Beverly Hills is one of the best walking cities in Southern California, where you can people watch, dine and shop, all on foot.
3. Walk through the residential areas surrounding the Golden Triangle and see if you can identify the trees planted on each block. From Queen Palm to Pink Cedar to Southern Magnolia, each street has its own designated variety, helping create a lush, garden-like city.
4. Take in the sunshine and sounds of the courtyard's babbling fountain as you relax on the grass or at café tables in Beverly Cañon Gardens, filled with clean-cut bushes and flowers.
5. Jog on the pedestrian trail across 11 blocks of Beverly Gardens Park. Shaded by ample towering trees and carpeted by emerald green grass, the park also offers a great pathway for a leisurely stroll.
6. Take a break in the shade under one of Beverly Hills's many trees on public land. Beverly Hills is actually an Arbor Day-designated "Tree City USA" for its commitment to public greenery.
7. Smell the roses, literally, at the Rose Garden within Beverly Gardens Park.
8. Admire the towering palm trees, carefully manicured rose gardens and pond bobbing with fish at Beverly Hills's first municipal park, Will Rogers Memorial Park.
