IMM Virtual Asia Returns in June

IMM Virtual Asia returns on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th June 2021. TravMedia's International Media Marketplace (IMM) is the travel industry's leading media networking event- now online. Registrations are now open.

As many international borders remain closed, IMM Virtual is Asia's only networking event connecting Asia's and India's top-tier media with some of the world's biggest travel brands, tourism boards, hotels, cruise companies and tour operators.

Following successful events last year in Australia, Asia, Germany, France and North America, IMM Virtual Asia 2021 provides travel brands with the opportunity to pitch recovery stories and develop lasting relationships with key media contacts through the safety of their computers.

This two-day networking event provides branded virtual meeting spaces to run sixteen seamless prescheduled appointments with top travel journalists, editors, broadcasters and digital influencers. Brands will discuss their media plans, reopening strategy, products and pitch new stories. The customised virtual meeting space enables brands to share videos, images and documents before and after their appointments.

IMM Virtual provides journalists the opportunity to fill their notebooks with a years' worth of stories, ideas, press trips, and contacts to prepare for the return of international travel.

Following the scheduled meetings, brands and media attendees will have the opportunity to further network via intimate breakout sessions.

"While we would love nothing more than to bring the industry together physically, it isn't the right time yet. We're excited to host the second IMM Virtual Asia in June to bring together travel products and media," said Nick Wayland, CEO and Founder of TravMedia.

"Since launching IMM Virtual, we have also launched our Virtual Events Platform, allowing destinations to run their white-labelled virtual events to connect with global trade partners remotely."

Exhibitor registrations for IMM Virtual Asia are now open. More information is available on registration and sponsorship opportunities here: https://travmedia.com/immvirtualasia.

Early Bird pricing closes on 15th April.

We invite the media to express their interest in attending IMM Virtual Asia. Due to the event's intimate nature, we cannot accept all media attendees to ensure there is an even number of media and PR members. We will begin communicating media attendance approvals from 15th April.
