Scone Writers Festival

Scone Writers Festival will be held this weekend the 3rd to 6th October 2014.

Starting with the official opening of the event at 6.30pm on Friday night with special guest Scott

Bevan the scene will be set for a weekend of fantastic opportunities.

Saturday:-

Mark Twain Historical Walk around Scone – 10.00am
Literary Lunch with Scott Bevan – 12.00pm Victoria Hotel Moonan Flat
Saturday night at the Gundy Soldiers Memorial Hall a concert titled ‘An Irish Fantasy’ performed by Jane Rutter will be held at 7.00pm. The cost of this performance will be $45 which includes a 2 hour performance and supper.

Sunday:

High Tea with Anne & Tony Bishop - 10.30am Asser House
Zane Hacker and Patrice Newell – 11.30am Paddock to Pantry
Lisa Herbert with Scott Bevan & James Brown – 12.30pm Belmore Hotel
The Panel Session – 2.30pm Scone Library

Monday:

‘A Conversation’ – 10.30am Scone Library
