A team of writers is visiting major destinations along Australia’s top tourist drive, the Legendary Pacific Coast, as part of a new social media campaign, #mylegendarydrive.
Aimed at building visitor numbers along the route, the campaign includes top travel writers, passionate community advocates and the regional tourism industry. Promoting the people, places and experiences that make up the regions along the drive, the campaign appears on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and on The Legendary Pacific Coast website.
Visitors to The Legendary Pacific Coast are invited to share their experiences by using the hashtag #mylegendarydrive, or by visiting the Facebook, Twitter orInstagram pages.
North Coast Destination Network Executive Officer Belinda Novicky said: “The key to this campaign’s success will be community and tourism industry participation – people sharing their passion for their home turf and what makes it special.”
