Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, in the Oxfordshire countryside, is a manor house hotel, created by celebrated Chef Raymond Blanc. 

Each of the 32 rooms and suites are individually designed, drawing inspiration from Raymond’s travels around the world. 

Raymond Blanc is passionate about sustainability and circularity and Le Manoir has a live-off-the-land ethos and seasonal approach to cooking. 

It has an organic kitchen garden, Japanese garden and mushroom valley. Guests can take part in the Raymond Blanc Gardening School and/or cookery school.
