Cello Extravaganza: Concert #1
An extravagant high tea in the elegant Wintergarden restaurant overlooking the majestic Megalong Valley. Experience the rich, warm sounds of The Sydney Cello Collective in a “Cello Extravaganza” – featuring a special ensemble of 4 cellists -Teije Hylkema, Andrew Hines, Elizabeth Neville, Minah Choe, from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and The Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra. Featuring “Nadir’s Aria” from Bizet's famous opera “Pearlfishers”, especially arranged for this occasion - a world premiere! 
High Tea Concert package includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival with a sumptuous 3-tier offering including an indulgent selection of gourmet sandwiches, warm fluffy scones, delicate pastries and the finest selection of hand-made desserts served with Vittoria Coffee and La Maison Du The teas.

Opera Australia’s soprano Eva Kong (currently playing Liu in Opera Australia’s Turandot), tenor Brad Cooper, and Damian Whiteley (bass) take us on a journey of humour, love, jealousy, and tragedy, inspired by highlights of the greatest operas. Be ready to be thoroughly entertained! Directed by pianist Grace Kim, with Caro String Quartet.
Gala Dinner Concert package includes: Drinks and Canapes on arrival followed by an alternate 2-course (main and dessert) with a 4 -hour beverage package.

One of UK’s most sought after violinist, Andrew Haveron (Concertmaster, Sydney Symphony Orchestra) will perform with Grace Kim (piano) in a delightful program highlighting the beautiful “operatic sound” of his precious 1757 Guadagnini violin - nearly 260 years old!
