An island with rabbits as its main inhabitants? Step foot on Okunoshima!

Okunoshima (Rabbit Island)
Officially known as Okunoshima, this island is fondly referred to as 'rabbit island' by both locals and tourists worldwide.

With a circumference of only 4.3km and located in the Seto Inland Sea, this island is home to hundreds of adorable rabbits.

Besides interacting with these cute creatures, you can capture the beautiful scenery and visit photo spots like the rabbit objet d'art, where you can hear the sound of the sea!

Accessible via ferry from Tadanoumi port in Hiroshima, this delightful destination is easy to reach. However, staying overnight allows for a deeper exploration of the island's many facets!
