The World Tourism Association for Culture and Heritage has been set up in Asia Pacific. The brain child of former PATA Director for the Pacific, Chris Flynn

WTACH will work with members to put proactive measures in place to better protect and present local heritage at tourism destinations. 

“Unrestricted tourism growth is set to have a lasting and devastating impact on many of the world’s more fragile communities if checks and balances are not put in place. If this sounds dramatic... it’s because it is,” says Flynn, who has assembled an impressive list of travel and institutional experts to help WTACH achieve its mission.
