Prior to joining Cicada Lodge Ms Walters managed the Beagle Motor Inn, Katherine, where she produced impressive improvements to its results and its profile, and was awarded a 2014 Brolga Tourism Award for an Outstanding Contribution by an Employee.
Joanne’s earlier roles were in property management in Queensland, along with 13 years with Qantas Airways in a supervisory capacity.
