Do trade shows take their toll?
Here are our top tips for enjoying and thriving at a trade show event:
Even though those brand-new shoes look great and felt comfortable when you first tried them on - don't wear them. You know you’ll regret it!
Make the most of all the networking opportunities on offer, including attending ACB’s special networking event on Wednesday 15 June. See below for more info and to RSVP.
Prepare an emergency kit: band-aids, breath mints, throat lozenges (for all that talking!), deodorant, hair ties and bobby pins, a lint roller, comb, spare set of contact lenses, wet wipes, hand sanitiser, paracetamol, and snacks are the ACB team's top suggestions.
Above all, take care of yourself - it's a busy show, and the first in a while for many of us. Remember to rest when you can, hydrate and eat well.
