Tailor-made travel specialist Eclipse Travel has announced a new Flexible Booking Policy offering peace of mind for travellers looking to book their next adventure.
All new bookings made from now until 30 September 2020 can be transferred to another date or trip without penalty in the event of a Covid-19 related cancellation and will require a deposit of only $500 per person.
The policy is applicable for travel to any of Eclipse Travel's destinations including tailor-made itineraries and small group tours across Africa and Latin America, small ship expedition cruising to the Arctic and Antarctica and the exciting new Close to Home product range.
Matt McMillan says “The last few months have been difficult for everyone, and we hope that this new policy makes things a little easier for those who are ready to start planning their next holiday. A lot of our clients have asked how we can help offer more flexibility around their future bookings so we decided to make it as simple as possible for them. We have also taken on their feedback that not everyone is ready to plan travel too far away from home just yet so watch this space for some exciting options capitalising on our team's extensive experience in our own backyard.”
In the event that a client's trip is unable to operate due to Covid-19, Eclipse Travel will waive the transfer fee allowing them to move the booking to an equivalent, or alternate trip in 2021 subject to availability. Alternatively, the deposit can be utilised as a credit on other tailor-made tours or small ship expeditions. New booking dates are subject to availability and any price changes due to seasonality.
