The 5th World Culinary Awards was staged at Summersalt Jumeirah Al Naseem, Dubai, UAE. The results of the Awards are announced after a year of searching, judging by leading experts in the culinary field and the public. The winner is the candidate who receives the most votes in a voting category.
This year, Ha Noi - the capital of Vietnamese culinary won 2 titles: “World’s Best Culinary City Destination” and “Asia’s Best Culinary City Destination”
Over the years, Ha Noi cuisine has always been loved by domestic and foreign tourists, highly appreciated by international media and received many prestigious international awards. Ha Noi cuisine is especially sophisticated, from the way of choosing ingredients, each stage of processing, to the way of decoration and even the way of enjoying and eating. The dishes and drinks considered the culinary quintessence of the capital such as pho, bun cha, banh mi, banh cuon, cha ca, egg coffee... will surely captivate anyone who comes and enjoys them.
This year, Ha Noi has won many culinary awards, proving that it is a destination that is not only attractive with its unique and diverse cuisine but also possesses a system of high-class hotels and restaurants with professional services and highly skilled chefs. All have once again affirmed the attraction and position of the capital's culinary brand for international tourists.
