NSW Premier Opens Sydney's First 'Hands on High Ropes' Adventure Park

Sydneysiders are now able to experience the ultimate outdoor adventure and get hands on with nature with the opening of the new Sydney TreeTop Adventure Park.

The Hon Barry O'Farrell MP, Premier of NSW opened the new concept park set amongst some of NSW's most endangered bushland on Sunday October 21, 2012. The Premier will be joined by Minister for the Environment, Robyn Parker.


Venue: Sydney TreeTop Adventure Park, Plough & Harrow Park, Western Sydney Parklands, Elizabeth Drive, bbotsbury (cnr Windsor Road)

Sydney TreeTop Adventure Park  quick facts:

•Highly visual park as people swing and slide through the eucalypt canopy

•An award winning park - a first for Sydney

•Built in the endangered Cumberland Woodland Plain in a unique private enterprise/Government partnership

•Features 90 challenges moving from one tree to another at a height of two to 20 metres

•Courses range from child-friendly to 'black' for hard core dare devils (which only 25 per cent of people complete!)
