CAROLLING IN THE CAVE, annually one Friday evening in December

Hear beautiful Christmas carols sung a capella by a local choir inside Moaning Cavern's massive main chamber. Incredible natural acoustics lend depth and vibrancy to the music and the beautiful underground environment adds an air of mystery. California International Marathon

30th ANNUAL CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL MARATHON, December 2, Sacramento Drawing more than 5,000 competitors on one of the fastest marathon routes, this course begins in Folsom and finishes at the State Capitol in Sacramento. http://www.runcim.org/
