The Brisbane based Centre, located within the city's prized cultural centre near the Brisbane River, South Bank, is offering tickets and VIP packages to the Bolshoi Ballet, via key inbound and online travel agents to attract more visitors to Queensland for the 2019 QPAC International Series event.
The package includes tickets to experience the Australian exclusive season by one of the world's best ballet companies, Russia's mighty Bolshoi Ballet, within QPAC's 2019 International Series.
The world renowned company will perform two ballets in QPAC's 2000 seat Lyric Theatre from 26 June to 7 July 2019, following the Bolshoi's sold out debut, and nationally exclusive, visit to QPAC in 2013.
The ballets, Spartacus and triple bill Jewels will be presented over 13 performances with the season offering the rare opportunity for audiences to see both ballet productions on the first weekend of the season (Friday 29 June and Saturday 30 June).
QPAC's Chief Executive John Kotzas said the highly recognised and acclaimed Bolshoi Ballet was a perfect event to enter the market with.

Tourism Research Australia figures for the year ended December 2018 show that China remains Queensland's largest international market, with 502,000 visitors spending more than 1.4 billion in Queensland in 2018.
Travellers from China are high value travellers who come to Australia to enjoy the diverse natural beauty, quality food and wine and also varied cultural experiences, including theatre and dance performances.
QPAC's dedicated strategy is designed to market this exclusive season by one of the oldest and most highly regarded ballet companies in the world to Asian visitors who increasingly are demonstrating an appetite to experience rich and quality cultural and arts experiences while travelling overseas.
It is also an ideal time of the year for Asian visitors to escape their cold winters and enjoy Queensland's mild temperatures while taking in all that Brisbane and Queensland has to offer.
QPAC's Lyric Theatre will host two renowned ballets from The Bolshoi's repertoire, which are masterpieces of outstanding choreographers of the 20th century - Spartacus by Yuri Grigorovich and Jewels by George Balanchine.
Spartacus is a heroic ballet with exciting characters, powerful passions, and dynamic action. Jewels is the neoclassic which showcases the talents of the young generation of the Bolshoi Ballet dancers.
The QPAC International Series is supported by the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland and features on the It's Live! In Queensland events calendar, worth $800 million to the state's economy in 2019.
