All That's New and Exciting from Australia's Gold Coast

  • To celebrate their 10th birthday and showcase its popular cuisine, Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat released a new organic recipe book. The book, 'a taste of gwinganna', is based on new menus at the retreat and features over 160 pages of recipes. The new book is available online for just $54.95, plus postage and handling.
  • Jupiters Hotel & Casino has revealed the first of its new Superior Deluxe Rooms, as part of the revitalisation of the property's almost 600 hotel rooms in one of Australia's most extensive hotel refurbishments.
  • Marriott Vacation Club opens at the iconic Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, offering guests a mix of spacious deluxe guestrooms and deluxe one-bedroom suites.
  • One of the major annual ocean yacht races on Australia's East Coast, the Club Marine Pittwater to Coffs Harbour Race, has been rescheduled to finish on the Gold Coast next January. The race organisers have announced the change after officials at Southport Yacht Club agreed to host the finish of the 370 nautical mile event, which will start on 2 January 2017.
