Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour glowed a little brighter on the evening of the MEETINGS Celebration, held at the stunning Viaduct Events Centre on 12 June 2025. Industry leaders, delegates, and partners gathered for one of the most anticipated nights on the business events calendar — and it was an unforgettable showcase of connection, style, and celebration.

 

A Grand Welcome by the Water

Guests began arriving from 7.00pm, welcomed with panoramic views of Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter and the gentle buzz of the waterfront. Whether arriving via scheduled transport from the host hotels or making their way independently, everyone was greeted with a seamless check-in process using their MEETINGS name badge or digital QR code.

The evening unfolded inside the beautifully lit venue, where delegates mixed and mingled under ambient lighting, sipping on fine New Zealand wine and enjoying a spread of locally inspired cuisine. The space buzzed with lively conversation, as old friends reconnected and new partnerships were sparked.

Just as the official celebration wound down at 11.00pm, the night shifted to a new stage. The official After-Party at Rooftop at QT Hotel Auckland took the energy sky-high. Buses began shuttling guests from the Viaduct Events Centre from 10.30pm, delivering them to the rooftop venue where the celebration carried on into the early hours.

Set above the glittering Viaduct Harbour, the rooftop offered a chic and elevated space where music, cocktails and city lights came together to cap off a spectacular evening.
