Each of the 32 rooms and suites are individually designed, drawing inspiration from Raymond’s travels around the world.
Raymond Blanc is passionate about sustainability and circularity and Le Manoir has a live-off-the-land ethos and seasonal approach to cooking.
It has an organic kitchen garden, Japanese garden and mushroom valley. Guests can take part in the Raymond Blanc Gardening School and/or cookery school.
