In 2017, legendary DJ crew Beat Junkies founded their eponymous school in Glendale. The Beat Junkie Institute of Sound teaches everything from basic DJ skills to Ableton with DJ Babu and J.Rocc. Traditional Turntablism classes range from Intro DJing (Beginner) to Foundation (Intermediate) to the advanced Structure 8-month program.
Specialty Courses include the 8-week Intro to Controllerism with DJ Dynamix - learn the basics of music theory, hardware, software and scratching; along with understanding hot cues, tempos and more.
