Summer Blue Whale Migration in USA

Experience the breathtaking views of the magnificent blue whales captivating the coast of Newport Beach over the last several weeks of summer. These colossal creatures, measuring a staggering 90 feet or more and weighing up to are markable 200 tons, have been treating eager whale watchers to an awe-inspiring show.

Since early July, Newport Landing Whale Watching has been the place to view these remarkable marine creatures, with blue whales taking center stage in most sightings. Finback whales, minke whales, humpback whales and dolphin pods of up to 1000 or more have also been spotted making for an amazing experience for whale watchers.

Newport Landing Whale Watching offers three different types of whale watching experiences. From the signature whale watch, luxury whale watch and the super RIB whale watch. Each cruise is 2-2.5 hours in length, allowing plenty of time to catch all the action.
