Come and appreciate the traditional art of bonsai at Omiya Bonsai Art Museum in Saitama Prefecture

Located adjacent to the Omiya Bonsai Village dedicated to bonsai art, the museum boasts a vast collection of over 120 aesthetic bonsai masterpieces and exhibits. 

With an ample display of bonsai trees as well as bonsai- related workshops held year-round, there’s always a good time to pop by for a glimpse of Japan’s intriguing culture of bonsai.

From Shinjuku, take either the Saikyo Line or Shonan-Shinjuku Line to Omiya Station, then transfer to the Tobu Urban Park Line for a two-stop ride to Omiya Koen Station. 

A pleasant ten-minute walk from the station will lead you to the museum.
