Pantone has announced Viva Magenta as its 2023 Color of the Year. Formally known as PANTONE 18-1750, Viva Magenta "galvanizes our spirit, helping us to build our inner strength," says Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute. 

Much like Los Angeles itself, Viva Magenta "welcomes anyone and everyone with the same verve for life and rebellious spirit. It is a color that is audacious, full of wit and inclusive of all."

Visitors and locals alike will find this "brave and fearless" color throughout LA, from unforgettable sunsets to gorgeous botanical gardens and the city's best wine shops.
