The 5-star JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel is perfect for people visiting Bangkok for business or leisure.

Recently I stayed there and found the location ideal for exploring Bangkok. The footpaths were good to walk on, and there was a train station, convenience stores and cafes nearby. I did not have a car so I avoided driving in the heavy traffic of Bangkok.   

The JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel is the ideal base to uncover all the exciting things to do and see in bustling Bangkok, Thailand. Each night I returned to the hotel to unwind and enjoy my spacious suite and the executive privileges. I was amazed with the city views from my suite and the hotels public areas.

The 310 spacious rooms and suites come in different configurations, including one and two bedroom suites, on the 4th to 31st floors. All these take in a sweeping panorama of downtown Bangkok and the Chao Phraya riverside through the floor to ceiling windows of your private accommodation haven. 

I enjoyed the contemporary living spaces in my one bedroom suite. The neutral palette suite was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows in my private haven. I made good use of the mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities.

The living and dining areas offered comfortable corners for me to work and lounge in, with the balcony offering amazing city views, especially at night when the city was lit up with lights. The suite was made comfortable with the individually controlled air conditioning. The internet access was fast with complimentary Wi-Fi.

I was able to watch international stations on the satellite TV and place my passport in the in-room safe,

The seperate bedroom had a very comfortable king-sized bed, good quality sheets and pillow, reading lights and a TV to watch in bed.

Frosted doors slid open to my sanctuary bathroom, where I unwound each night with a luxurious soak in the bath tub. There was also a walk-in rain shower. A bathrobe and nice toiletries were provided.

It is pleasing to see that indulgent relaxation can be had by guests of the JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel. The outdoor 32 m saltwater infinity-edge pool on the second floor is an oasis of calm in the heart of the city. I saw guests bask in the sunshine on the sundeck lounges and swimming in the pool. I made good use of the sauna and steam room each day.

For guests wanting to  experience something more invigorating, they can keep up their exercise regime in the well-equipped fitness centre that is open 24 hours a day. The fitness centre is adjacent to the pool deck and is well-equipped with cardio machines and free weights. A personal trainer can be booked to maximize workouts.

For those who like to hit a ball around, they can play a game of tennis on the rooftop with inspiring views over the city.

Each morning I enjoyed my buffet breakfast at the 100° EAST Restaurant on the second floor. It offers Asian and international specialties with tantalising flavours from around the world. I enjoyed the tropical fruits and juices, tea and coffee, freshly baked pastries, and live stations offering Asian and Western hot dishes to order.

The Zoom Sky Bar & Restaurant offers rooftop fine dining and panoramic views of the skyline. Diners can take in the sunset over a signature drinks and dine on innovative cuisine.

The Crust Bar in the pool side garden is the place to chill out and drink with healthy smoothie drink selections.

Eleven meeting spaces in varying sizes and set-ups are spread over a mezzanine and the 36th floor. Pre-function foyers on each floor can be used for coffee breaks and receptions.
