The stunning series of videos and images, produced by the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency Destination NSW, focuses on the array of authentic experiences on offer in Northern NSW.
Minister for Tourism Stuart Ayres said initiatives like this are crucial for growing tourism in rural and regional parts of our State.
“Tourism is vital to rural and regional communities, contributing $19.5 billion to the NSW economy and directly employing more than 90,000 people,” Mr Ayres said.
“The NSW Government is committed to supporting our regions through tourism, and after viewing this beautiful new content, why wouldn’t you want to visit. With such rich history, unique landscapes and an abundance of fresh produce, a trip to regional NSW should be at the top of everyone’s destination list.”
Member for Northern Tablelands Adam Marshall said he is delighted with the opportunity to promote the best of the bush with the world.
“There is so much to see and do in Moree - whether that’s relaxing in the town’s iconic mineral springs, relishing a long lunch in the countryside, appreciating the local art or meet your producers with a tour at a local pecan farm,” Mr Marshall said.
“No matter your age, background or interests, the rich diversity of regional NSW means there is something for everybody to enjoy.”
