Jetwing Colombo Seven Unveils an Exquisite New Menu

57: the main restaurant of Jetwing Colombo Seven recently unveiled a new menu to highlight the restaurant's fusion of diverse and signature flavours, to its globally inspired cuisine. Headed by Chef Indika, the restaurant invites guests to set off on a culinary voyage from Sri Lanka to India, Japan to Italy and beyond.

Signature dishes include Tabbouleh salad with sumac prawns, pomegranate, tomato and lemon; Tortellini filled with artichoke, baked tofu, roasted nuts, edamame beans, pesto with coconut velouté; Homemade squid ink burger with Pico De Gallo, guacamole, Australian prime ground beef, citrus BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and jalapeño cilantro; Coconut stuffed Sri Lankan crepes with strawberries, pine nuts and honey ice cream amongst others. The new menu also features several vegan and vegetarian dishes and an extensive array of pastas, pizzas and risottos.
